As part of Lebanon’s renewed efforts to implement and update its National Anti-Corruption Strategy, and in accordance with the Decision of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform No. 47/2025 establishing a Youth Task Team under the Technical Anti-Corruption Committee, OMSAR has established a youth task team consisting of seven motivated Lebanese youth to join national anti-corruption efforts.
What the Youth Task Team Does:
Technical Oversight
Provides technical oversight of the National Youth Action Plan related to the National Anti-Corruption Strategy.
Youth Consultations
Organizes consultations with youth across Lebanon to gather perspectives and insights on corruption and integrity issues.

How Youth Are Engaged:
Monthly Coordination
Youth members participate in monthly meetings of the National Task Team for Supporting the Role of Youth in the National Anti-Corruption Strategy, alongside representatives from relevant ministries and institutions involved in implementing the National Anti-Corruption Strategy. During these meetings, they share progress updates, exchange insights, and contribute to policy and programme discussions. Their participation ensures that youth perspectives are consistently integrated into national anti-corruption efforts.

Policy Review and Development
Reviewing the National Youth Action Plan and developing recommendations to enhance its implementation.

Awareness and Education
Designing and delivering awareness sessions on integrity and anti-corruption in schools and universities to reach youth audiences nationwide.

Digital Campaigns
Preparing and launching social media campaigns to promote awareness of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy and youth-engagement efforts.
