OMSAR is committed to ensuring that environmental and social issues related to the Lebanon Digital Acceleration Project (LDAP) Grant are addressed in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
Project-affected parties, including community members, workers, and other stakeholders, may submit complaints or concerns related to general or administrative concern, Conduct or Code of Conduct issue, working environment or interaction issue, fraud or corruption concern, environmental or social concern, SEA/SH incidents.
Complaints can be submitted at any stage of project implementation and will be handled in accordance with the project’s Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM), consistent with World Bank Environmental and Social Standard 10 (ESS10).
Complaints can be submitted using one of the following methods:

Complainants may download and complete the official Grievance Complaint Submission Form and submit it by email to the Project Technical Unit.

All grievances will be recorded, reviewed, and addressed confidentially, without retaliation, and within defined timelines. Sensitive complaints, including SEA/SH-related grievances, will be managed through a survivor-centered and confidential referral pathway.
