Lebanese youth are active partners in building a culture of integrity and accountability. By engaging in consultations, awareness campaigns, and policy discussions, they contribute fresh perspectives and innovative approaches that strengthen the National Anti-Corruption Strategy and empower communities to stand against corruption.
Building on this role, OMSAR launched a nationwide call inviting Lebanese youth aged 18 to 30 to directly support national anti-corruption efforts by actively engaging other young people across Lebanon. This includes:
  • Organizing awareness sessions, consultations, and public discussions
  • Coordinating with universities, student clubs, and youth initiatives
  • Mobilizing existing youth networks to expand participation in national integrity efforts

The selection of youth representatives followed a transparent and merit-based four-stage process. It began with an open online call disseminated through civil society organizations, universities, and youth networks, which attracted 671 applicants nationwide. A rigorous evaluation process conducted by a multi-stakeholder panel, including representatives from OSMAR, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and Transparency International Lebanon, resulted in the selection of seven youth representatives from across Lebanon.
