The “Reinventing Government 2030” program represents a transformational journey to reshape Lebanon’s public administration, enhance its effectiveness, and restore citizen trust.
It is structured around interlinked phases from defining a shared national vision for administrative reform through broad stakeholder engagement; to redesigning the public sector architecture, operating models, and workforce requirements based on evidence, benchmarks, and future needs; and then into developing a phased implementation roadmap to guide reform execution over the coming years.
