Administrative Reform

Lebanon’s Administrative Reform is a national transformation agenda led by OMSAR to modernize public administration, restore trust in public institutions, and improve the quality and efficiency of public services. Anchored in the Reinventing Government 2030 program and supported by the Senior Recruits initiative, the reform combines a citizen-centric vision, institutional redesign, and leadership renewal to deliver a more effective, accountable, and service-oriented public sector aligned with international best practices.
